I WANTED TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW HOW AWESOME GOD IS, THIS PAST WEEK I WAS AT LIFEWAY AND I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE STUDENT MINISTRY PUBLICATION OF LIFEWAY AND THEY ARE INTRESTED IN MAKING THE ONE MATERIAL PUBLIC PUBLISHING IT TO THE WORLD. THIS IS THE WEEK WHERE YOU NEED TO FIND A ACCOUNTABITY PARTNER TO HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE TO ONE. ACCOUNTABILITY IS A AWESOME THING, BECAUSE IT KEEPS YOU ON THE RIGHT TRACK ON BEING OBEDIENT TO CHRIST. 

Week 1:Pray for God to lay the ONE on your heart.

Prayer is powerful, it is a direct line we have to God. When you Pray mean it from your whole heart, and know that God will answer your prayers. It is going to be a amazing thing when he shows you the person this week. Use the blog to share about how you knew your ONE this year.

About ONE

This is something I feel God has laid on my heart for the school year 2009 -2010. It is called ONE and it is an outreach method we will do through the Student Ministry. The whole month of August and September we will be focusing on how the Bible commands us to do this. Students I pray, that you will get behind this vision to reach ONE person for Christ this year. Imagine that if every ONE in our student ministry invested an entire school year in ONE unchurched person in their school what could happen.

1. A person would be in the kingdom of God
2. Our student ministry would double in size in ONE year
3. We would be fulfilling our commandment in the great commission.

Please pray with me, I know this is what God wants us to do as a Student Ministry.

Not only will this be an opportunity to share Christ with someone but it may even develop friendships for a lifetime.
